I think he is kind of smarmy. He wants it both ways.

And Joy Reid pointed out that he went along with the separations at the border.

Might not be true. But, that's what he said.

immediate border separations, but Sessions and others ignored all and implemented the policy. IOW, he and sleaze bags said shove your recommendations up your nose.

I don't trust any repubs really, but someone like Miles shouldn't be discounted at this critical time. After the election? We shall see.

Taylor grew up in La Porte, Indiana and graduated from La Porte High School in 2006 as valedictorian.

I'm presuming he was about 18 when graduating from high school 14 years ago.

Then he backed off slightly and said, "Maybe shoot them in the leg."

Taylor also said that Trump delighted in separating families at the border, in fact he wanted it to happen to all of the children

That's why they don't allow devices in the Oval Office

it "protecting children." Pretty sure tearing kids from their parents permanently doesn't do much to protect them. And in the "anonymous" op-ed, he wrote:

Don’t get me wrong. There are bright spots that the near-ceaseless negative coverage of the administration fails to capture: effective deregulation, historic tax reform, a more robust military and more. But these successes have come despite — not because of — the president’s leadership style, which is impetuous, adversarial, petty and ineffective.
I mean, I guess that turns some people on?
