Trump loves poor farmers? He does?

I live in an affluent “suburb” haha of a small redneck town in the PNW. We drive 8 miles to get to town. We pass a dozen or so small farms growing mostly grass and corn. These are just regular small farms maybe 20-30 acres. They are all flying trump flags and have big ass signs on their barns and farm equipment parked on the road.
What has trump done for the small farmer? Honestly I don’t know. Am I missing something?

I know they aren’t making 400k+ a year so why would Biden’s tax plan impact them any way other than a positive. I just hope they take down their signage next week so I can enjoy the pretty farmland without making me wanna barf.
