It's too late for the mail

Don’t mail your ballot
It’s too late for that
Drop it off
If your inclined to still put it in the mail go ahead and use it for fire starter or flush it down the toilet or pop it in your recycling because that’s all it will be good for.
If you want your vote to count take it in yourself
They will try to steal that vote tomorrow even if they say they will count it today

as long as it is postmarked on or before Election Day. She does not suggest that people wait to the last minute if they can get it in earlier. A few states have a lot of experience with early voting like CA does but we have to get all 50 to do the same.

In the critical states, SCOTUS has ruled that Wisconsin can only count votes received by election day. They have allowed Pennsylvania (and North Carolina) to count ballots received later that have been postmarked by election day, but reserve the right to decide later whether to include them or not if they turn out to be the difference makers. (In other words, if Trump is leading PA on the election day count, and Biden passes him to win the state and the EC with votes received later, you can be sure they'll rule to discard them and give the election to Trump.) DON'T RISK IT -- USE A DROPBOX OR HAND THEM IN AT THE POLLING PLACE/ELECTION OFFICE (depending on your state).

Two justices on the court worked for Bush during that case

And they have ruled in favor of states several times of late. They are highly unlikely to override state regulations, Amy or no Amy.

Alito made it very clear the decision will be “revisited” if the ballots postmarked 11/3 but received after 11/3 changes the outcome, i.e. who wins. That makes it pretty clear what they will be up to if asked by trump.

So, yes if you want your ballot to be something other than a fire starter..don’t mail it

Biden campaign, Governors and other state officials are telling ppl NOT to mail their ballots!!

It is clear we are going to have votes that won’t count
We have to minimize that
We have to vote so hard that they can’t throw enough out to change our result
Don’t help them out
Deliver your ballot

While I understand that this is sarcasm, it's also horrible advice. Local mail can and will still be delivered in the coming days. Depending on how local mail is processed, there is indeed time to send it in, if that is one's only option.
