4/ This is what poll tapes look like. They are usually posted outside precincts after polls close in election night, but we ask our volunteers to call first to confirm. Again, instructions will be provided & volunteers can join our slack discussion groups to discuss further.

5/ Right now we at @ProtectVotes have about 400 photographers across the country (shown on the map below). But in most places we have only a few precincts covered. We hope to have at least a thousand photographers by Election Day. Pls help if u can. #PhotoFinish #ProtectOurVotes

6/ Photographer volunteers take digital photos of the poll tapes and upload them to our website as explained in the 50 second video. Done!

7/ @ProtectVotes and our analyst volunteers will then compare the precinct totals (poll tapes) against the reported totals for those precincts. They shld match. If they don’t, it may imply a problem w/ the county tabulator, warranting investigation.

It has been understood whoever counts the votes wins the elections.

Back in the day when men all knew each other and stood in the local schoolhouse or saloon and just raised a hand, then it was just limited to vote buying or intimidation.

and they are posted where they are visible to the public.
anyone can check the totals that come off the machines.
they arent always the totals that get sent to the tabulation center.

a data cart from the machines gets turned in, but unless that is the precinct that gets "randomly" chosen to be audited, no one would know.

The exit polls were wildly out of whack with the results. I too will go to my grave believing votes were switched. Remember when the Ohio server “crashed” in 2004? And again in 2012 when Karl Rove famously threw a hissy fit on FOX when they called it for Obama? Anonymous (hacking group) claimed in 2012 ahead of the election that they had discovered a “middle man” for the Ohio vote count and they warned Rove they were onto him and would be watching. Just like in 2004 the Ohio server crashed and you could literally see Rove get a satisfied look in his eye. When it came back up...no change! That’s when FOX called it for Obama and Rove freaked out. Anonymous claims they thwarted the middle man attack.

We’ll never know for sure but as sh*tty as security is for these old government voting servers/machines it wouldn’t be all that hard to do.

But, as you stated, if the margin is too big (in Biden’s favor of course!) they can’t get away with it. Plus we have a paper trail with so many mail in ballots. THAT’S why Trump didn’t want mail-in ballots...he doesn’t want a paper trail.

...on election night and they all go for President Orange Con Man, we'll all KNOW that somebody's been monkeying with the vote totals. Six close states, for example, ALL going for the con man would be like six consecutive coin flips all coming up heads. It ain't gonna happen, and if it does, you better inspect that coin to make sure it isn't heads on BOTH sides.

Yes, just as several posters in this thread have suggested, I suspect the Republicons messed with the vote and stole several elections. 2000, 2004, 2016, and they TRIED in 2012 but Anonymous thwarted them.

In small ruraL COUNTIEs Bush declined about 6% between 2000 and 2004, but in big cities he gained 6-7%.

21. There needs to be federal oversight of voting machines

The HAVA was a terrible law that was created as a knee-jerk reaction to the 2000 election debacle. It needs to be updated to mandate federal oversight and auditing of all voting machines and tabulators. None of this 'trade secret' bullshit. No jurisdiction should be allowed to use machines that are not certified as being secure. The problem is that these machines are produced by companies with a stated preference for a particular party, and implemented in red states by people who intentionally ignore their inherent insecurity.
