And so grossly unqualified for his job that it would be funny if it weren't so sad. Dude doesn't even have an undergraduate degree in economics, and never finished his master's program. Someone who holds the position that he does should demonstrate a level of expertise in economics that is so vastly beyond him that it's pathetic. He's like the late night infomercial MyPillow sales guy of economics, and I also think he's been off the wagon for quite some time. He clearly needs help.
