Hawaii voters have cast 104.5% of the votes counted in that state in the 2016 general election.

That is the first state to go past 100%. Texas is next highest with 95%. There are 13 additional states that have over 70%.

This year is accompanied by a massive shift of votes from Election Day to early voting.
