Ballot returns in PA are accelerating, per sec of state - Dems up 1m voters

Statewide Returned ballots = 2,236,162 (approx. 73%)
Dem = 1,499,062
Rep = 502,687
Other = 234,413

Dems leading by 1M voters

There were stories yesterday about the number of outstanding ballots, not just in PA but elsewhere. But some DUers said the daily returns were large and would make a huge dent in the number outstanding, and it looks like it's happening.
