It’s vitally important that people reporting on the MN court ruling note that it CONTRADICTS THE INSTRUCTIONS MAILED WITH THE BALLOT.

See for yourself: here’s a photograph of my ballot, which I have not submitted.

It's presumably a good time to submit that ballot. LisaL Oct 2020 #1

s/he needs to be removed.

If a federal judge. Impeached. Federal courts need to stay out of state elections in my opinion when it pertains to deadlines. Especially when it is 30 or less days before an election. Personally I say they should stay out when it is 60 or less days.

Why have you not already done so?

Don't take photos of your ballot. VOTE!

The fact that he's posting it here and expressing a legit concern leaves me to think he's got his act together enough to see this through & turn in his ballot. Not to mention that the DU poster is likely not the same person as the Twitter poster.

In the face of clear instructions, the intent is to rule by decree, with an expectation that it will be upheld all the way to the Supreme Court. The strategy is twofold: some votes will not be counted even if postmarked on time, OR, others will simply throw their hands up and not vote at all. The solution is not to play along with the obstruction. Drop off the ballot!
