24. I watch CNN and I don't walk around in sheer terror of catching COVID-19.

I walk around with reasonable concern of catching COVID-19 and I take precautions to minimize my risk. It is sad that Alley is an idiot, and to boot she hangs around with people who are so highly reactive.

Fear is a good thing, it has helped to keep us alive as a species for over a million years. Excessive fear and anxiety are not so great because they lead us to make irrational choices, like joining Scientology or supporting Trump. Sometimes it makes you do truly stupid things like listening to said sources about health precautions rather than medical and scientific experts, or worse, listening to what an idiot like Kirstie Alley has to say on the topic.
