it isn't the doctors who are doing the overbilling. It is the hospital corporations running the billing....

I have ZERO doubts that corporate hospital are overbilling insurance companies, the gov't, and patients without insurance where covid treatments are involved.

None. Zip. Nada.

But corporations aren't doctors, although some doctors end up running some, or becoming politicians. Not quite the same thing, and not how trump intended it.
