Almost 80% of Democratic mail-in ballots in PA have been returned - 66% for the GOP.

It's 76% mail-in ballots total returned from Philadelphia!

78.5% from Allegheny County (Pittsburgh)!

Looking real good in Pennsylvania.

People got their ballots back. And Republican voters didn’t because they weren’t aware of the problems with the USPS.
