Anyone else geetting 403 "errors?"

This has been going on intermittently all morning. I've switched from mobile device to desktop.

Still happening sometimes when I try to open a post. Also, sometimes when I attempt to post a reply.

Usually 404 on websites.

31. I used PIA and it's generally good, but I've been seeing them over the past 2 weeks now.

I have a 1Gb FiOS connection, and my work laptop with its own VPN is fine.

Just my home hexa-core workstation with WIN10 and PIA seems to have a problem.
It seems to go away when PIA is disabled, but I don't like running without a VPN.

403 is not prime. Its factors are 13 and 31. Palindromes.
