4. What it shows to me is a law enforcement issue. Pretending that these people are not endangering the

public just because most of them drive in a straight line and haven't had major collisions yet is absurd. I hope Dem reps can identify which law enforcement agency has jurisdiction here and demand a public justification for letting it happen. Let them own it.
To me this is the equivalent of standing on an interstate highway overpass with a concrete block and expecting that to be allowed because you haven't thrown the block through anyone's windshield yet.
