A Michael Moore video posted earlier said MI etc. had narrowed from huge margins. Total BS!

Looks like the person who posted it pulled it but he was screaming that Biden had been ahead by 15 in Michigan a couple of months ago and now it was like 5 pts. Total BS as you can see here: https://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/polls/president-general/michigan/

It's probably okay for him to not allow people to get complacent but by making it seem super close he might also be getting some Trump voters who had given up off the couch. Regardless, in the video he is freaking out at how badly Trump had cut into Biden's lead in the rustbelt states. It got me a bit nervous until I actually looked at the polling. Not true for any of these states other than a bit of tightening in PA. however PA expanded Biden's lead from September which was only 4.5 pts and is now 4.7.

Wisconsin has expanded: https://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/polls/president-general/wisconsin/

Minnesota steady: https://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/polls/president-general/minnesota/

people--who are normally very even-keeled and mentally healthy individuals--who are really on the edge right now. This is NOT the time to push every questionable poll to stir up anxiety.

"Why should the resources of human genius and the riches of the people turn more often to preparing arms -- pernicious instruments of death and destruction -- than to increasing the welfare of all classes of citizens and particularly of the poor?
