If judges cold be removed for "bad" rulings, first you have to define what that would be. Then you have to worry that after you got rid of a judge for being inept, the other side will use the same reason for firing judges it doesn't like.

Personally, I would prefer time limits. 20 year terms, tops. Perhaps with the ability to be re-appointed.

It'll take an actual crime to force removal.

Nope, we're stuck with them. McConnell has done his damage, as planned.

But, as long as everyone "voted their conscience" in 2016, maybe voting for the more correct Green Party and Jill Stein, all is fine.
