2018 mid-term election. How'd he get away with that? I expected it to happen, but with enough in there for the 1% to be acceptable. They would not risk narrowing the wealth gap.

It blows me away that his bullshit worked on contractors when he was building his hotels and buildings.

Not only were they a big joke, many who did get something will find out next year that they will be incrementally phased out over several years and people will eventually be paying more.

It was another con game.

Those both require new legislation to change.
The cuts for nearly everyone else expire over time.
The marginal rates may not increase, but those state & property tax deduction limits will mean that at the same former rate, the tax bill goes up. Same % of more taxable income!
Voilà, as you said, taxes actually go up.

Just talking about his rallies, I saw an estimate of tens of thousands of cases and approximately 700 deaths just for the rallies. He should be charged with murder. And then there's Chomsky saying he's worse than Hitler. I must admit I initially thought that was a bit of an exaggeration even considering covid but Chomsky was including climate change. Yeah that's going to wipe out 99% of us. Chomsky gave us 10 years. I'm not so optimistic.

It's good to see a very solid Biden presence almost constantly trending at any given time. T will get something from time to time but it's usually some loser endorsement or Huntergate bullsht

When Trump accepted the GOP nomination:

"I have a message for all of you: the crime and violence that today afflicts our nation will soon come to an end," he said. "Beginning on January 20th, 2017, safety will be restored."
