Donald Trump embarked on a blistering final campaign sprint on Sunday, lining up 10 rallies in seven swing states over two days in an effort to defy the polls and replicate his shock election win in 2016. As he did so, it was reported that he is planning to declare victory on Tuesday, before the result is called.
Citing three anonymous sources familiar with his private comments, the news site Axios said Trump has told confidants hell declare victory on Tuesday night if it looks like hes ahead.
Thats even if the electoral college outcome still hinges on large numbers of uncounted votes in key states like Pennsylvania, the site said, adding: Trump has privately talked through this scenario in some detail in the last few weeks, describing plans to walk up to a podium on election night and declare he has won.

while in states are in THEIR allotted time period of vote tallies. OUTSIDERS are NOT PERMITTED to be in the rooms with those counting/inspecting ballots, nor can they "sue" to gain access. Its al covered under state laws
