Susan Rice

As far as I am concerned ranks just behind Barack Obama in intelligence and communication skills. I believe were it not for her being forced to take the fall for Benghazi she would be on the ticket with Biden. Hopefully the next Sec of State

It is the voice of someone in command of exceptional critical and analytical thinking. I do hope that Biden has a prominent position for her in his administration. (Because we have to only think he is going to win!)

another woman.

Like the one where you praise Nicole Wallace but compare her to RAchel Maddow by claiming she is better than MAddow.

Of anyone in my post but Rice. It is a foredrawn conclusion that she has a great long standing relationship with Biden and is a brilliant individual. I am happy with Harris as our no 2 and am in no way dismissing her but I am flabbergasted by Susan Rice's intellect and eloquence.
