NEW: EP County Judge says COVID-19 patients in El Paso are dying faster than the county can investigate them, leading to a backlog of 85 bodies tonight.
The county’s now setting up a fourth mobile morgue unit to hold those bodies, 24 hours after setting up a third mobile morgue.
