...renders this poll nearly useless.
The MOE is listed, but the "none" is 4x that.
I don't know if the poll is good news, bad news, or doesn't matter!

Early on, there are more people who aren't yet sure if they'll vote.
In the last 7 or 8 days, everyone who is going to vote knows they will, and the "not voting" crowd will barely change.
That 10% (or as you pointed out, 11%) weakens the significance of the poll.

I do not know what time Quinnipac issues their updates, I have no further info.
