Texas Roadhouse. Good stuff, calms the nerves a bit having a nice medium rare 16oz ribeye. And an icy cold beer on top of it.

6. Rack of Lamb here tonight

Hot oven, marinated in garlic, rosemary and olive oil. Roasted. Cooked perfectly medium after resting. Soda water to wash it down (had to give up beer).
