Roberts has already stated that courts don't determine election rules; state legislatures do. It's going nowhere.

I thought this time the Repugs would prevail, as long as the previously cast votes were deemed legitimate.

These suppression law suits thus far are not working!

That curbside voting is different from drive through voting. Anybody could do drive through but you needed a reason to do curbside.

Maybe someone can chime in with more information.

First, the 127,000 drive-thru ballots will be counted,
but secondly, now all votes have to be cast in buildings
not tents.

So Hollins had the ten places with tents dismantled, while
the huge Toyota Center remains as a polling location.
