that there are 240 million Americans who can legally vote in 2020. This is the largest early turnout since 1900.

or voter suppression by the GOP? The numbers would likely be even higher.

Are these of people who requested a mail-in ballot, and then decided not to send it in? Or those who requested a mail-in ballot, and have sent it in, only to get "delayed" in the mail? Or does this include states like mine where everyone gets sent a ballot, and lots of people don't bother voting? I know the ~64 million ballots returned is great, but I can't help wondering how many of those 28+ million might be Democratic votes we're counting on, but that will not show up until too late to be counted?

Could be the likely outcome due to the postal service ratfucking. They feel more comfortable going and doing it in person

... even if I did I wouldn't trust them not to invalidate it.

It looks like we do have early in person for those who are willing to say they'll be out of town or something though but didn't know that till last week.

Going to the poll in 30 minuets, nervous seeing The Stupid lives around here and they're loud and stupid and its cold

I thought it meant returned to voter, and I had a panic. But I'm editing my post because I realize I misread it. Maybe it's the pre-election night wine.
