He been working not stop on this for some time. Today he in court &c dealing with mundane legal challenges. Tomorrow he switches back to dealing with extraordinary challenges (like the state legislature picking a slate of electors different for the voter).

So he's dealing with state and constitutional law. (Yesterday he was reading me a Kavanaugh opinion on another matter in which the language seemed open to state legislatures ignoring the electorate, and a hour later I was hearing Bob Bauer on CNN discuss the same opinion.)

All I can say, is that Biden is in good (great) legal hands in Georgia and I'm proud as hell my son is part of that team.
