General Discussion
Related: Editorials & Other Articles, Issue Forums, Alliance Forums, Region ForumsI just drove by two polling locations in the Memphis suburbs. Both red areas and both pretty slow.
My current location and my old location (I moved about a year ago). The first one was at 1:15 the second one was at 2:10. Both were very slow with very few cars in the parking lots (both are pretty large churches with adequate parking lots). One had about 8 cars in the lot the other one had about 10-12. Both are high Red areas I assume. MY old location usually rated about 20% democratic voting in any year, 80% republican. I haven't checked my new location since this is the first general election that I have been here since the primary.
I voted two weeks ago and used one of the general locations for early voting then. It was pretty busy and the wife and I waited about 15-20 minutes to get to the front of the line.
