I just have this weird hunch that Texas actually will go to Biden. It just seems the wind is really blowing that way.

Lots of people, including me, now think that TX will go blue, so that’s not exactly a gutsy call, but MT is, and that’s my hope, at the very least.

Apparently Republican turnout there is very anemic and the state GOP is starting to freak the fuck out.

Ohio has polled closely, as has Texas. I think Biden/Harris could easily win them both!

I'll be celebrating too much tonight, most likely, but I plan to alert posts that declare closely contested states as "hopeless" for Dems in the future. It gets ridiculous. I even let a reply slide in the past after a poster wrote that they wanted a Biden win nationally, but a loss in Ohio! WTF?!

Best wishes to you and all Democrats!

I think Bollier is beating Marshall for the senate seat, and it would be nice if that affected the rest of the ticket. I live here, and it would be something else to hopefully rub my family's collective nose in.

Hoping for both. Winning by a small margin isn't enough. We need a landslide and a wipeout to cosign Trumpism to the dustbin of history.

when I have good goddamn reasons to be so. I've seen good DUers slammed for worry and anxiety.

I think the predictions that are nonsensical tend to hurt people more than they help. And those of you who indulge in this misleading exercise try to lord it over others, speaking superciliously to those of us who worry. "Oh, don't worry, relax." Or calling people trolls for their concern.

Sorry, I ignored it last time, but I'm done with those of you who think you're smarter than everyone else. And then EVERY FUCKING TIME, you are WRONG. So toodeloo to you, bud. You have been wrong again.

There's some very upset people here now, and that's because they chose to believe in DU "prophets" who are wrong more often than not.

I never believe in the crap that's posted here about landslides, routs, humiliations, other shoes dropping, and so on...but I think many do.

The DU prognosticators would do less harm if they kept it to themselves. I bookmarked all those threads in 2016, and just went back and looked at them. Amazing. Most of the same prophets spouting what turns out to be not true.

Hope you guys aren't betting on your predictions. Something is telling me you're not.

My other surprise would be trump conceding and walking away.
