i just saw him talking to reporters and he sounded a bit tired but otherwise good.....it's just that his mask looked like it was for a person with a head twice his size.....he had to keep pushing it up and at one point he pushed it over his eyes.

7. It looks like he has an N95 under the surgical mask, but with the masks..

... fastened together and using ear loops instead of the head and neck loops used for N95 masks. Doesn't work. It's very common to put a surgical mask over the N95. I assume it's to keep the N95 clean longer.
