2. Never heard of muhammarah, just looked it up.

Kind of a pesto like thing wtih pomegranite and walnut? Sounds interesting.

I'm taking another shot at falafels tonight -- a nearby restaurant makes them and they are light & almost cake-like, deep fried, fabulous. I'm trying to reproduce that, not the usualy heavy pasty kind.
