Took me a while to work it out, then it hit me . . .

But yes, if you want to be racist, KKK aligned, white supremacist, but stay legit, you become a cop. Act out your basic biases whenever you can, with impunity.

Not all cops are of course, but the good ones stay quiet about the systemic problems in the force. That makes them complicit.
