38% of the vote in and he's down 58-41% to Josh Hicks.

I actually tweeted the Cook Political Report and Dave Wasserman that they are discounting KY-06. This is a swing district and Josh Hicks ran an impeccable campaign here. He's like the Jon Tester of Kentucky. In their defense, this district was never polled, but I knew Barr was in trouble. Cook had this a Safe (R) seat.

This is the same district that McGrath lost in 2018.

I would recommend not getting too excited yet. This is going to repeated a zillion times tonight in various states.

If so, it would skew democrats. When the election day votes come in, it would change the numbers.
