That coward is afraid to face the dour music that's going to play for him when he loses.
That tough guy act only goes so far. When reality bites he will be bleeding, screaming and running.
True courage would be to give the concession speech, but I wouldn't bet on it.

If he even deigns to address the country that so cruelly rejected him, you can bet it will be every bit as whiny, grievance-stuffed, petty, and self-pitying as everything he's said in the last five years.
