That applies to the whole country, not just Florida.

So for comparison with 2016 or other comparisons, see if the mail-in vote has been counted.

For example, Kentucky was blue for a while because Lexington dumped a bunch of mailin votes.

If it is roughly tied right now Biden will lose the state. He needs to be up 2% before the panhandle closes.
