More than a million votes counted in Miami-Dade with 86% reporting

Total vote count in Miami-Dade previously:

2008: 864,636
2012: 878,314
2016: 980,204

That's a lot of votes. Someone said the ones being reported currently are in-person only, surely that can't be correct?
