Tonight's totals are provisional, only. We might have to wait 2 weeks or even longer as Dumdum's nuisance lawsuits slow things down.
It's not over until results are certified by the states.
Some states count absentee ballots as they come in. Others can't begin the count until the polls close. PA is the latter.
