because 1) you have to be over 64 or disabled to vote by mail and 2) they just didn't trust the governor and the rest of the GOP to count mail in ballots correctly.
So far, 83% of Texas votes have been counted and Trump is ahead by less than 4%. He beat Clinton by 9%. Tarrant County (Ft Worth) is the third biggest county in Texas and may not be finished counting until later in the week.
