I believe I heard MSNBC also called the one Electoral Vote from the congressional district around Omaha for Biden. If true this would also be a flip from 2016. This is the district where tRump had a rally a few days ago and left his supporters stranded in the cold and several had to be hospitalized. The MSNBC map has Nebraska showing red blue stripes.
