That's the only explanation I can think of. In the reporting system they haven't put in the absentee.

The number simply doesn't add up. 5.38 million counted on election day. 4.5 million absentee. Out of 7.45 "total."

Something is afoot.

Registered but did not vote. Turnout was roughly 75%.

There are possibly as many as about 150,000 absentee mail-in ballots not yet received. Some of these will trickle in over the next few says, but probably not enough.
