(787 posts)can we do. Not saying you are right or wrong but we simply don't have any proof that they are rigging the votes. Without proof it's just hearsay and we are rendered powerless.

(787 posts)against me. Listen I'm frustrated with the way these results have come in for Biden and that it did't match up with the polls. With that being said we can scream it's being rigged or the votes were hacked but unfortunately we just don't know. All we can do is speculate. Speculating is not going to be good enough to help Biden win.

(16,385 posts)For whatever reason, it seems the polls arent able to predict election outcomes.

(27,542 posts)Polls are rarely 100% accurate. Sure, if Trump wins and Biden has a popular vote victory of only 2%-3%, one could say the polls missed it badly. But most of the states that fell Trump's way so far appeared to be tossups that a standard MoE would cover (and he was even considered to be leading in some of them). Generally speaking, I've heard it said that the actual result will usually be, at most, around 3% off the polls in one direction or another. People were predicting that Biden would win the popular vote by between 7% and 8%, so a 4%-5% final margin wouldn't indicate "the polls failed."

(7,006 posts)And the Pollsters Stats Suck. That is the reality and we should have learned this lesson in 2016.

(13,320 posts)the amount of people in the country that are following a racist, jackass with an IQ of about 79. WTF is wrong with people. The world was waiting for the people of US to show that Trump was just a big mistake that would be corrected decisively. It also tells me they like a senate that is completely useless and does not work for the people. Very disturbing.

(11,005 posts)538 gave Trump an 11% chance of winning.
I don't believe anything but the counting of the votes.
regnaD kciN
(27,542 posts)They gave him 10% this year which, as they pointed out, is still within the range of plausibility. (As they point out, it's a little less than the odds of rolling a one on the throw of a die. It happens.)

(240 posts)and probably tell them to eff off. That's why the results are skewed. Either that or they tell the poll caller they are voting for Biden just to screw with them.
