THEY'RE NOT DONE COUNTING ABSENTEE BALLOTS!! HAVE UNTIL NOVEMBER 12TH.

Continued counting of votes is fraud.

Dump falsely claimed victory despite votes yet to be counted. Tapper is disgusted.

Says he'll go to the Supreme Court, but not why.
