We need to win any two of NC, MI, GA, and PA
NC and WI gives us a 269-269 tie.
We get 270 with the flipped one vote in Nebraska.

Combining it with WI gets us to 269. That was what made winning NE2 so critical and powerful when combined with Arizona.
Yes, with Michigan, Wisconsin, the one Nebraska vote that we flipped and Arizona which we also flipped , we win.
