Serious question: So what actually happens now with the vote count??

So Trump asks the scotus to stop the vote count, they will of course say no.

But votes are still being counted right now??? They dont have to wait until the decision?

And its scary to see how his supporters will react if they say the votes can be counted.

Even if Trump had crossed the 270 threshold, the votes still have to be counted.

Every fuckin one of them.

When will the scotus have their decision?

there is no court order preventing it - which would have to be directed to multiple states in any event, and probably by multiple federal courts, since the Supreme Court doesn't have original jurisdiction over whatever the hell Fatso wants to do.

Anyhow, the Supremes have already been pretty clear about the fact that states have the power to control their own election procedures, and the Constitution says the same thing. His Lardship is just blowing it out his ass, as usual.

But trump can’t just “call in” the SCOTUS. There is no SCOTUS involvement...yet. Counting is continuing as it would in any other election year.
