The odds of this world are stacked against you.
Hope for the best but prepare for the worst.
I love you, but this world doesn't.
It does, however, need you.
You are the black mirror of this nation. You are the physical personification of the duality of this country.
Your body represents both this nation's sins and greatest hopes.

Do your best, then do better because its the only way you'll win.


Tell them who they are. Yes, let them know about the world around them. But, you have to tell the who they are.

7. I was encouraged in a e-mail discussion with my grand-daughter last night. I had apologized

to her for leaving her such a corrupt world and she replied that she, her boyfriend and
others she knows in her age group are hitting the ground running to make sure that things
turn around for the better of all peoples.

So I can scratch that apology of mine off my Guilt List. I really do feel so much better and
hopeful!
