1. Valid court order
2. Actual notice of the order
3. Ability to comply with the order
4. Willful disobedience
If all four are found = Contempt of Court Order.
Sentencing:
If Sullivan finds the above elements, he can lock him up for in two manners:
First, for violation of the order; and
Second, have him sit in a cell until he complies with the order.
