If the NYT estimate is right, there are approximately 1.425 million ballots left.
Biden needs to gain 500k there which is something like 2/3 votes which wouldn't be crazy to expect...but if it's less it's harder, and if it's more it's easier.

Democrats should be suing right now to get all the mail-in ballots at post offices yesterday to the correct counting places. Maybe they have and I have simply missed that news.
But given how readily the Repubs have been suing to keep ballots from being counted, we need to do the same sort of thing.
