Last statewide recount in Wisconsin flipped 200 votes.

Maybe networks are waiting for the recount?

I think you’re confusing certified results, which no state has issued, versus tallies issued by the state, which is what we have for other state counts.

How is this different? I am specifically referring to media calling it: https://dcist.com/story/16/11/08/election-2016-results/

Trump has already said it will ask for a recount, but that also happened in 2016.

call both Michigan and Wisconsin for Biden. We have never waited for a recount with those sort of numbers.

Said there is one place with about 600 voters that hasn't turned in their vote count yet. Hardly a blip against Biden's lead, even if every vote were for Trump.

Also said that they're working with this one place to help them get their ~600 votes counted

Let's hope it improves for Biden; though I don't think a recount will change enough to put trump over.
