which were mailed on or before election day and arrived afterwards. There should be very few of those- the PA Sec. of State has been telling people for the last week that they shouldn't mail their ballots this close to the election and that they should use a drop box or drop it off in person instead.

Trump may win on this issue, but it involves a hopefully small number of ballots.
