And, even though many of the military personnel would vote "R", their outstanding absentee ballots may not amount to that many. I don't think DeJoy can cause delays in the military mail system.

One problem with military ballots. If I remember right from my Army days, not much mail got stamped with dated cancellations. So there may be difficulty proving when it was mailed. Of course, when I was in, I think we still used ponies, or dinosaurs, to deliver mail.
