So how many first time voters will throw up their hands and give up

and start thinking their vote doesn't matter anyway, so why bother?

It's just so discouraging.

I think that when the next election rolls around I'll will do my own prediction polls by throwing rune stones or turning over Tarot cards.

You vote the first time you can & you continue to vote until you can't. You just do it, no matter how discouraging times are or if you don't think you'll win.

VOTE. JUST VOTE!!

We will need to come out in huge numbers to overcome votes lost to fraud, voter suppression, and other dirty tricks.
