There's no factual basis for a Trump declaration of victory in Pennsylvania.

In the same hour Trump campaign says it is suing to stop vote counting in Pennsylvania, the campaign manager says they are "declaring a victory in Pennsylvania."

Call me crazy but @RealDonaldTrump's emergency lawsuit to stop the vote count in PA doesn't sound like the campaign of someone who just declared victory in PA.

There's no factual basis for a Trump declaration of victory in Pennsylvania.

Campaigns can say whatever they want; saying "we are declaring a victory" has as much practical effect as saying "we are declaring ourselves very cool guys." But there are lots of votes still to be counted, and Democrats are certain to make substantial gains.

Minutes after suing to stop counting in Pennsylvania (with 1.1 million ballots uncounted), Trump campaign manager Bill Stepien says on a press call that "we are declaring a victory in Pennsylvania”

Yet he's got a death cult and billionaire backers bent on increasing his power. Our great national nightmare.

But these RW mofos will stop at nothing. And, again, they appear to hold the advantage in money & power.

And now, approximately 20 gunshots in a row from a nearby property. Guess I'd better check to see if its Hunting season here now or just assume the local rednecks celebrating their Dear Leader's declaration of victory.

Oh goody. Twenty or so more shots.

So, I guess he thinks it's safe. Still, gunshots are always nerve-wracking to me.

Declare victory and disrupt the counting of votes. Trump's lead is below 350k now and if they try to do everything to interfere there, they might not like what their internal data tells them. With 270 EV for Biden, they might hope for a faithless elector but without PA it's definitely over.
