shaved a few points off his returns. They were saying he had a problem with various Latino groups. Not even sure that's the case, but right at the moment we've got much bigger fish to fry.

but it's hard to understand why the media seems to JUMP on the smallest mistakes of the Dems, while largely ignoring the huge one made by Republicans.

One of the problems with American journalists, is they seem loathe to "push back" on Right Wing memes. They just accept and repeat them WITHOUT even asking them for definitions of certain words and phrases,

A case in point would be "The Deep State". I almost laughed when I first heard
it, and despite it's silly, spy novel implications, I've never heard ANYONE ask it's question it's meaning, which, with continued use, is tantamount to accepting it as a reality. . As it happens, "The Deep State" means nothing more than government workers.
That's right -- government bureaucrats. My husband is a former Food and Drug inspector, so I kid him about being part of the "The Deep State" -- Were it only that exciting.

There is a pecking order among the various Hispanic Countries that is in play here in the US. And within those individual Immigrant Groups, there is a Pecking order by which City or State from which they immigrated.

What one can learn from working with a Immigrant or Refugee will only broaden ones true understanding of how or why things happen.

A our Educational System will never go there and educate the non Immigrants . We as a Nation is failing our own People as to the value of a Immigrants.

Given that there are still many votes left to count -- and they are most likely to favor Biden -- I wouldn't be surprised if it shows that he did pretty damn well across most of the demographic groups.

For historical reasons, they are vulnerable to "Socialism" scare tactics.

That said, I believe the country has more Mexican Americans and others inclined to vote Democratic.

and Tim Kaine lived and worked in Latin America and was fluent in Spanish. I remember people criticizing the Kaine pick but looks like she knew what she was doing.

So they were less likely to believe the attacks on her.

Yet they still vote for Trump. How does one go about explaining that to them when it should be obvious? Half of the Trump Train attendees are Hispanic. So, they’ve got some hate coming from somewhere.
